Bonita Goldberg
A native of Southwest Ohio, is known for her color field abstracts and landscapes. Her paintings are bold, expressive interpretations on nature and light. She is influenced by Helen Frankenthaler, Rothko, Diego Rivera, Georgia O’Keeffe and Wolf Kahn. A Thomas Moor College of Mt. St. Joseph, Cincinnati Art Academy and graduate studies at Miami University. Now residing in Fairfield, Ohio, Goldberg is currently represented by galleries in Ohio, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, Indiana and Washington.
Yvette La Follette
After graduating from Marietta College in 1971 with a BA degree, Yvette earned a M.A. degree from West Virginia University at Morgantown, with a thesis in protraiture. Post graduate studies have been with Daniel Greene, Tom Nash, John Howard Sanden, Carl Samson, Susan Sarback, Shalmah Prince, Charles Sovak and David Mueller. She enjoys doing portraits, still life memorabilia portraits and equine, canine and feline art. She is also passionate about her participation in the “Fallen Soldier Tribute” program. She and other portrait painters in this group paint free of charge portraits for families of those loved ones who have given the ultimate sacrifice for us and our country.
